**Principal Responsibilities: -**
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
- Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention when required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills/Abilities: -**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Knowledge of employment‐related laws and regulations

**Education and Experience: -**
- 2‐ 4 years of experience in core recruitment.
- BTech or BE degree. BTech in Electrical, Mechanical, or civil will be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
