Sanfort Play School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educator to join our team. As a Special Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting and nurturing children with hyperactivity and speech delay issues in our school. It is important to note that Sanfort Play School is not a special needs-focused institution; therefore, we do not cater to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide specialized instruction and support to students, tailored to their unique needs and abilities.
- Implement evidence-based teaching strategies and interventions to enhance learning and development.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure effective inclusion and integration of students with special needs in the regular classroom setting.
- Utilize assistive technology, visual aids, and other resources to facilitate learning and communication for children with speech delay issues.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of all students.
- Develop behavior management plans and strategies to address the specific needs of hyperactive children, promoting self-regulation and appropriate social skills.
- Collaborate with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress, sharing strategies for home-based support, and conducting parent training sessions if required.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in special education, attending professional development workshops and conferences to enhance your knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:

- Certification/ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Fresher with good skills in this field.
- Previous experience working with children with hyperactivity and speech delay preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based instructional strategies and interventions for children with special needs.
- Familiarity with the assessment and evaluation process to monitor student progress effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage individualized education plans, progress reports, and documentation effectively.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching strategies and techniques based on individual student needs.

**Please note that this position does not involve working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
