**Job Overview**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, etc.) for various positions.
- Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within the given timelines.
- Collaborate with the HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Keep track of recruitment metrics and report progress to management.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment (mandatory).
- Strong sourcing skills via job portals, social media, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of healthcare roles and industry terminology preferred.

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Work Type**: Full-time (Work from Office)
**Location**: Newtown, Kolkata

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
