We connect Travel Nurses, LPNs, CNAs, and Allied Health professionals with opportunities that matter—fast, compliantly, and at scale.What You’ll Do Source, screen, and place U.S. Travel RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Allied professionals Manage MSP/VMS requisitions end-to-end (submittals, compliance, starts) Build pipelines with advanced sourcing (Boolean, resume DBs, social, AI) Construct and explain travel pay packages (taxable + non-taxable stipends) Partner with our team to hit fill goals and deliver a great candidate experienceMust-Have Qualifications 2+ years (recent) recruiting U.S. clinicians for a staffing agency Proven placements (clinicians started) within the last 24 months Hands-on MSP/VMS experience (creating submittals, tracking compliance, managing interviews/starts) Proficiency with non-job-board sourcing and Boolean Clear understanding of pay packages (GSA-style stipends, blended rates) Strong communication and closing skillsNice to Have Experience across high-demand specialties (Med/Surg, ICU, ER, OR, Cath Lab, IR, Respiratory, Imaging, Rehab) Familiarity with U.S. healthcare credentialing/compliance (e.g., Nursys, BLS/ACLS, JCAHO standards)Location & Type Hyderabad, India — On-site, Full-timeHow to Apply Emailstaffing@centstone.comwith: Your resume A brief placement snapshot from the past 12–24 months (e.g., 3–5 recent starts with role, specialty, VMS/MSP used, and month/year).
