**Qualification Required**:
Any Graduate or above

Excellent Communications Skill in English, Hindi and Punjabi

**Computer Skills Required**:
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Tally

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsible for purchasing Materials
- Managing end-to-end procurement process in terms of understanding requirement, managing PR-PO, Vendor Management etc.
- Leading contract negotiations, driving cost-saving initiatives & implementing strategic sourcing best practices.
- Raising purchase orders, sending purchase orders to suppliers, checking requisitions and purchase orders.
- Work closely with the Finance Team to ensure the execution of payment terms outlined in the purchase orders and contracts.
- Taking quotations, negotiating, and making comparative statements as per quotation received.
- Maintaining the supplier's database, purchase records, and related documentation
- Continuously work on all areas like Quality, Quantity & Cost reduction.
