Job Profile: GeM Executive (Government e-Marketplace)
Job Title: GeM Executive / GeM Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and responsible GeM Executive to oversee and manage our company's activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for handling product/service listings, tender identification, bid submission, order processing, and coordination with government departments. This role requires excellent knowledge of e-procurement procedures, attention to detail in documentation, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register, update, and manage the company profile on the GeM portal.
- Upload product and service catalogs with complete and accurate specifications.
- Search, identify, and evaluate government tenders relevant to the business.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids in line with tender requirements.
- Handle pricing strategies, quotations, and online documentation.
- Communicate with government buyers and resolve queries effectively.
- Monitor orders, deliveries, and payments through the GeM portal.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, transactions, and contract performance.
- Ensure compliance with GeM rules, policies, and government procurement guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in GeM portal operations (Freshers with strong computer skills may also apply).
- Familiarity with e-procurement processes, tender bidding, and online contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with accuracy.
