**Who You Are**

Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of Solution Design experience in at least one or more disciplines - IT service management / Hybrid Cloud Solutions / Cloud Migrations / Application modernisation / DC & End-user managed services.
- Deep understanding of IT / Technology / Business Trends, including Infrastructure, Public and Private Cloud offering, Applications / Platforms, Public / Hybrid cloud, Automation, and the ability to align them with Kyndryl offerings.Expertise with IT organizational models, IT governance, management and operating models and IT financing models
- Proven ability to design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements including understanding customer needs, analyzing complex problems, and proposing effective and scalable solutions
- Understanding & experience of managing end-to-end sales engagement cycle including collaboration with the sales team, preparing sales materials, participating in customer presentations, and contributing to proposal development
- Responsible for the development of complex integrated solutions for all Kyndryl offerings, including for Kyndryl Infrastructure, Public and Private Cloud, Applications, Data & AI, Project, and Consulting services and value directly to customers.
- Develop and manage technology-led relationships with solution decision makers in the Infrastructure and Customer Line of Business organization
- Understanding Customer requirements and translating it into Custom solutions / Kyndryl offering as per the requirements and gaining customer acceptance of the proposed solution
- Owns the end-to-end solution to the customer, RISK identification/mitigation, Cost, Profit, and deliverability of the overall solution for our most complex engagements.This is a customer facing role in which 50 to 70% of the time is spent in face-to
