**Job role**
- 1. Oversee the delivery of services and service technology to our company's clients or customers- 2. Evaluate customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes- 3. Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost-effective- 4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries- 5. Communicate with customers through various channels- 6. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints-
- 8. Keep a record of customer interaction, transaction, comments, and complaints- 9. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process- 10. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
