Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Create: Develop creative designs for social media posts, brochures, banners, posters, and other marketing materials for both print and digital platforms.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with the Trust’s brand guidelines and effectively communicate our values and mission.
- Campaigns and Projects: Work with the communication and marketing teams to create compelling visual assets for fundraising campaigns, awareness drives, and events.
- Multimedia Content: Design infographics, presentations, newsletters, and promotional videos to enhance communication strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, and program coordinators to conceptualize and execute design solutions for various projects.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to elevate our visual storytelling.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in the non-profit sector is a plus).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital and print media.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute original, visually compelling designs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with video editing software and motion graphics is a plus.
- A passion for social impact and alignment with Narayan Seva Trust’s mission.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.
