**Job description**:
We are looking for a graphic designer to join our team and create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

You will be part of the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You'll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we'd like to meet you.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

**Here's the description of responsibilities**:

- Study design briefs and understand design requirements.
- Conceptualise visuals based on customer requirements and our strict quality guidelines.
- Develop a variety of design assets including but not limited to:, web pages, landing pages, ebooks, white papers, infographics, presentations, social media posts, banner ads, lead magnets, illustrations, and other designs.
- Use the appropriate colors, typography and layouts based on brand guidelines.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Amend designs based on customer and editor feedback.
- Collaborate with our remote team of editors and content managers to produce the final design.

**Here's what we are looking for, is this you?**
- You recognize the power of good design, and you know how to build, maintain, and evolve a brand
- You develop materials to inspire and engage web visitors
- You have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
- You have 3+ years of experience in graphic design
- Highly skilled with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver)
- Well-versed with tools like Stencil & Canva.
- Experience designing for B2B, and B2B technology businesses
- Can provide past proof of work similar to this
- Can start working on new projects immediately
- Can deliver work FAST and on a deadline
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
