Job Summary

SolarWinds Administrator

Exp-4-8 years

**JD**:
Responsible for handling Service request and Incident raised by operations team and/or end users
- Responsible for analyzing change request and implementing it.
- Responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to the Service Desk incident logging system.
- At least 7 years of experience in administration and BaU support on monitoring tools for large and/or complex requirements.
- Highly resilient and capable of working independently in client organizations.
- Keeps up to date with overall trends and changes in the technology market and in detail with those that are relevant to their areas of responsibility
- Experience should reflect effective external and internal stakeholder management skills

Should be able to work extensively with other technology towers and collaborate
Troubleshooting and administration of all above products on UNIX, Windows based hosts (on-premises and cloud based)
Life cycle management for all above mentioned products.
Should be willing to work in shifts as per customer timings
Strong knowledge in SNMP protocol for network Monitoring
Should have administrative/configuration knowledge in integration of SolarWinds with third party ITSM/event management tools
Creative thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolution.
Good service management knowledge
Strong Knowledge of monitoring tools mentioned above.
ITIL ® Process Knowledge
ITIL® V3/V4 Foundation
SolarWinds trained & preferably certified.
