At **Global Enterprise**, we are passionate about helping brands grow through impactful digital strategies. We're looking for a creative and proactive **Social Media Executive** to join our team and take charge of our online presence across various platforms.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media content strategies.
- Create engaging posts, stories, and reels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and create monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement
- Ability to independently manage schedules, meet deadlines, and deliver consistent output
- Comfortable with both **creative ideation** and **technical execution**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- UK shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
