**Job Title**: Senior Graphic Designer

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Branding & Identity**:

- Develop and maintain cohesive visual brand guidelines.
- Design brand assets including logos, typography systems, and brand collateral.
- **Packaging Design**:

- Create compelling and functional packaging that aligns with brand values.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams on new product launches and redesigns.
- **Social Media & Digital Content**:

- Design engaging social media content (static and animated) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Work with content and strategy teams to conceptualize campaigns and visuals.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit promotional videos, reels, and tutorials for marketing and social media use.
- **AI Tools & Innovation**:

- Use AI-based tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) to enhance creative workflows and ideation.
- Stay updated with design and tech trends to bring new ideas to the table.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Mentor junior designers and freelancers.
- Provide feedback and ensure consistency across all design output.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience in branding, packaging, and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with video editing and basic animation/motion graphics.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across branding, packaging, and social content.
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
- A strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the [FMCG / D2C / lifestyle / fashion / wellness] industry.
- Working knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
- Experience in art direction and photo/video shoots.
