We are seeking a passionate and dedicated AutoCAD Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Design Development**: Assist senior architects in creating detailed architectural designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models, using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- **Drafting and Documentation**: Prepare and revise architectural drawings and technical documents, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- **Site Visits**: Participate in site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with design specifications.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various aspects of the project.
- **Client Interaction**: Assist in client meetings and presentations, helping to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in architectural design and project development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketchup, V Ray) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Desired Skills**:

- Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models.
- Understanding of sustainable design principles and LEED certification processes.
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
