**Job Title**: BIM / AutoCAD / 3ds Max Trainer

**Job Type**: Short-term Contract (15 days, in-person)

**Pay**: ₹8,000/day

We are seeking an experienced **Trainer** with expertise in **BIM, AutoCAD, and 3ds Max** to lead a 15-day intensive, in-person training program in Chennai. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, hands-on sessions to participants, ensuring they gain industry-ready skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver structured training sessions on **AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and BIM tools** (Revit/Navisworks preferred).
- Design and present course materials, assignments, and real-world project case studies.
- Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to trainees.
- Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure training outcomes align with industry requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and BIM (Revit/Navisworks)**.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
- Availability to work full-time in Chennai for the 15-day program.
