**Counseling and Support**:

- Conduct counseling sessions with clients via telephone or other virtual communication channels.
- Listen attentively to clients' concerns, providing empathetic support and guidance.
- Help clients explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors to develop coping strategies and solutions.
- Offer crisis intervention and emotional support to clients experiencing distress or crises situations.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Assess clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and social support systems.
- Conduct initial screenings to determine the nature and severity of clients' issues.
- Identify underlying issues or factors contributing to clients' difficulties.
- **Resource Referral and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, or healthcare providers, to coordinate care for clients.
- Refer clients to appropriate resources or services, such as mental health clinics, support groups, or community organizations.
- Provide information about available resources and assist clients in accessing them.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, including assessment notes, counseling sessions, and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations, such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).
- **Crisis Intervention**:

- Respond to crisis situations promptly and appropriately, providing immediate support and intervention as needed.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for managing crisis situations and ensuring client safety.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on relevant counseling techniques, theories, and best practices through continuing education and professional development activities.
- Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Previous experience in counseling or mental health services preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, compassion, and ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and therapeutic approaches.
- Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or virtual environment.
- Proficiency in using telecommunication and virtual meeting platforms.
- Certification or licensure as a counselor or therapist may be required, depending on the jurisdiction and employer requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
