Responsible for Maintaining & managing the documentation work for the assigned Projects.
- Carry out Drafting and designing of Project specific documentations.
- Collecting & updating the DPR & next day planning from onsite team.
- Mailing DPR to respective customer
- Mailing GRN/MRN copy to respective team member, along with receiving the signed copy from onsite.
- Maintaining the attendance of on-site team
- Maintaining & checking the outstanding fund of contractor before planning of fund requisition.
- Entries in register for documents (invoice, bills, voucher) submitted in another department.
- Entry in ERP for fund requisition with Approval of Project Planner and General Manager to Accounts Team
- Vendor follow for material delivery & dispatch and timely updating as well Material dispatch mail intimation to customer.
- Comprehension in AUTOCAD for plotting fibre routes and fibre cabling.
- Preparation of final site handover documents, sign up documents for bill generation, documents courier management etc. Designing/drafting of Project documentation. Travelling booking management and travel expense clearance

Qualification required for the post is any female/male graduate.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
