**Job Description**:

- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages of Inventory.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and quick respond to requests or issues.
- Outsourcing of Inventory, Maintain Inventory stock in & out Register. Coordinate with Inventory manager.

Skill required:
1) Good Communication skill.

2) Multiasker.

3) Thorough understanding of office management procedures.

4) Time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
