Job Description Junior Accountant & Office Administrator Company: Logimetrix Techsolutions Pvt. Ltd. Location: Lucknow Salary Range: 15,000 25,000 per month Working Days: 6 days a week Job Purpose The role is designed to provide comprehensive operational, accounting, and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of office activities at the Lucknow branch. The position involves managing documentation, maintaining financial and administrative records, handling billing tasks, and coordinating daily office operations both on-site and in the field. Key Responsibilities Manage paperwork, filing systems, documentation, and record maintenance. Perform accounting activities including data entry, expense monitoring, petty cash management, reconciliation, and maintaining financial records. Oversee billing and invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and financial statements using Microsoft Excel and Tally. Support daily office operations and coordinate with internal departments. Execute office-related errands and assist with field operations when required. Coordinate with vendors for procurement, supplies, and logistics. Prepare administrative documents such as reports, letters, and official communication. Ensure timely, efficient, and accurate completion of all assigned tasks under supervision. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferably in Commerce). Proficiency in Tally with strong working knowledge of billing and invoicing (mandatory). Basic accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in record keeping and reconciliations. Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and operate with minimal supervision. Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid driving license for local office travel and errands.
