We are seeking an experienced and proactive Upwork Bidder to join our team and spearhead the acquisition of new web development projects on the Upwork platform. As a Bidder, you will play a pivotal role in identifying potential clients, crafting compelling proposals, and securing projects that align with our expertise.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation: Proactively search for relevant web development projects on the Upwork platform. Identify potential clients and projects that match our skills and capabilities.

Proposal Creation: Craft well-written, tailored proposals that showcase our expertise and understanding of clients’ needs. Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points to stand out from other bidders.

Client Communication: Engage in timely and effective communication with clients to understand project requirements.

**Requirements**:
Proven Upwork Experience: Demonstrated success as an Upwork Bidder with a strong portfolio of successfully secured web development projects.

Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
