Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Assistant with a strong focus on content writing and search engine optimization (SEO). As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing efforts, creating compelling content, optimizing website performance, and driving organic traffic to our online platforms. - **Responsibilities**:_

**Content Creation**:

- Research industry-related topics to generate ideas for content development.
- Collaborate with team members to develop content strategies that align with our marketing goals and target audience.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and develop SEO strategies.
- Write optimized meta tags, titles, and descriptions to improve organic search rankings and click-through rates.
- Optimize website content, including on-page elements, headings, and URL structures, to enhance visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Social Media Management**:

- Assist in managing social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and shareable content for social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to optimize our social media presence.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including website traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

- Digital marketing: 3 years (required)
