What will you do every day?
As a Bot Builder at Haptik, you will support and optimize IVA (Intelligent Virtual Assistant) development, ensuring seamless bot performance. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing bot workflows, client communication, and mentoring analysts while maintaining high-quality standards in bot delivery.
**Lucidchart Flow Assistance**: Assist Conversation Designers with Lucidchart bot flows and develop an understanding of bot workflows and the Haptik library on Lucidchart.
**Client Communication**: Manage communication for straightforward IVAs, including updates, follow-ups, status checks, and client calls.
**Mentorship & Team Initiatives**: Mentor analysts by resolving queries and upskilling them with platform capabilities. Take an active role in leading initiatives that contribute to better IVA building.
**Bot Delivery & Platform Expertise**:
Maintain high-quality IVA development with mínimal bugs.
Develop expertise in IVA building using Haptik’s Superman platform.
Handle IVAs across all platforms.
Gain a moderate understanding of code nodes when assisted by Integration Engineers.
Must have skills*
**Strong Communication & Collaboration**: Ability to communicate clearly with clients, designers, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
**Team Player**: Work effectively within cross-functional teams, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
**UI/UX Awareness**: Understanding of user journeys and interface design to create seamless conversational experiences.
**Flowchart & Process Mapping**: Proficiency in Lucidchart and Figma for designing and refining bot flows.
**Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability**: Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance IVA workflows for better performance.
**Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy and quality in bot development while minimizing errors.
Requirements*
Freshers with a strong educational background, relevant projects, and excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
1+ years of experience in designing chat flows with a strong understanding of context-driven content creation and UI/UX design.
Experience with chatbot workflows and IVA development.
Familiarity with code nodes, with the ability to work with them when assisted by Integration Engineers.
Knowledge of monitoring & performance tools to ensure high-quality bot performance.
