**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from existing clients, providing prompt and effective solutions to their queries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate them to the relevant departments within the organization.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and other relevant details to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for client acquisition and retention.
- Continuously learn about our products/services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or client handling roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
