Job location

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote upcoming exhibitions and events.
- Maintain a database of potential leads and update relevant information regularly.
- Handle inbound inquiries from interested individuals and businesses, providing detailed information about the exhibitions and participation benefits.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for the number of calls made and leads generated.
- Provide feedback from potential leads to the marketing and sales teams to improve the quality of leads generated.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to refine telecalling approaches and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or in a similar outbound calling role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident tone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage potential clients positively.
- Persuasive and persistent, with the ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational skills to manage a database of leads and follow-up schedules effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional education or relevant certifications will be advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
