**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Ability to oversee the Search Engine Optimization Strategy.
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the website.
- Tracking Analytics and making improvements to the website.
- Utilizing a range of techniques including SEO, SMO
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
- Work with a designer and create attractive Images for various blogs & Social Media.
- Suggest and Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the website.
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in SEO.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of Google updates and algorithms
- Excellence in written communication skills
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings and leads on all major search networks.
- Previous experience in a similar SEO role or performing similar campaigns. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills for Landing Pages, UX, & Lead Gen.
- Managing On-page and off-page Activities

**Content Writing**:

- Create high-quality, engaging, and original content, including blogs, articles, website content, social media posts, and product descriptions.
- Research industry-related topics and keywords to produce well-informed content.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and tone align with the brand’s voice.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams to create content that aligns with campaigns.

**SEO Optimization**:

- Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords into content.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Analyze content performance and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns.
- Suggest improvements based on content performance metrics and SEO results.
- Ensure content meets marketing goals and drives organic traffic.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new ideas.
- Align content strategies with broader marketing and branding initiatives.
- Respond promptly to team feedback and incorporate edits as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in content writing and SEO. Freshers with strong writing portfolios are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and on-page SEO practices.
- Creativity and an eye for detail to ensure content is engaging and aligned with the brand voice. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in writing for different niches or industries.
- Knowledge of technical SEO and link-building strategies.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and content promotion strategies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
