**Responsibilities**:

- **On-Page SEO**: Conduct in-depth keyword research, optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine ranking.
- **Off-Page SEO**: Build and manage backlink strategies, analyze competitors’ backlink profiles, and enhance domain authority.
- **SEO Analytics**: Monitor and analyze website traffic, SEO performance, and rankings using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- **Content Optimization**: Work with content creators to optimize website content for better visibility in search engines, ensuring keyword relevance and search intent alignment.
- **SEO Audits**: Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., crawl errors, duplicate content, page load speed).
- **Keyword Strategy**: Identify long-tail and high-volume keywords and work on integrating them into content strategies.
- **SEO Reporting**: Prepare monthly SEO reports and provide insights and recommendations based on performance data.
- **Stay Up-to-Date**: Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry news to ensure the company’s strategies are always aligned with best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for on-page SEO optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Understanding of keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Experience with technical SEO (website speed, mobile optimization, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of Local SEO.
- Familiarity with paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) is a bonus.
- Experience working with eCommerce SEO strategies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
