**UI/UX Designer**

**Location : Thiruvananthapuram**

**About the role**

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create and refine the user experience across our platforms, both online and offline. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, conducting research, and translating insights into intuitive and usable designs. Your work will directly impact the usability, functionality, and overall satisfaction of our users.

**Who we’re looking for**
- User research: experienced in conducting user research to understand and empathize with our target audience, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Information Architecture: has experience developing clear and intuitive information architectures, user flows, and sitemaps.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Can create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- User Interface Design: Take insights from user research and business insights and is able to build usable, and delightful experiences that align with our brand.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and make data-driven design improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure design alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design specifications, and design assets.
- Graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Wireframing/prototyping tools such as Balsamiq or Sketch
- UX design tools such as Figma, Axure, or InVision

**Experience**:

- UI/UX Design: 3+ years (required)
- User research: 2+ years (required)

Salary will be fixed on skills and experience

Salary will be best in industry

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
