Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Development**:

- Identify and approach potential clients who may need website-related services.
- Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, social media outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the company’s services/products, including website design, development, and digital marketing offerings.
- Be able to explain and demonstrate the benefits and features of the services/products effectively to clients.
- **Client Consultation**:

- Meet with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges.
- Provide consultations, suggest suitable packages, and customize offerings to match the client’s requirements.
- **Presentations & Proposals**:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations or proposals to potential clients.
- Draft proposals, quotes, and contracts to offer services and close deals.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.
- Overcome objections and work to close sales agreements.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Follow up on ongoing projects and sales to ensure timely delivery and payment.
- **Collaboration with Other Teams**:

- Coordinate with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects post-sale.
- Work with marketing teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Track sales progress, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Report on sales performance and metrics to management regularly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,152.45 - ₹40,962.86 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
