Councelling Propective Students by giving them all required information.
- Establishing and maintaining good rapport with prospective students.
- Helping students/parents towards a deeper understanding of their concerns.
- Contribute to and facilitate the smooth running of key student-focused events i.e. Freshers’ Fayre, weekly enrichment activities and other events. Ensure the events and activities are advertised and marketed appropriately using different media to attract students and increase participation.
- Liaise effectively with programme participants to ensure all activities and events are timetabled at the most effective and suitable times to maximise participation.
- Monitoring and verifying attendance and reporting on student groups and compiling reports on activity engagement and user feedback.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to management regarding student events and activities.
- Provide guidance and administrative support to student-led groups, events and other enrichment activities.
- Coordinate and supervise Student Ambassadors ensuring timely response to new requests from managers, an accurate allocation to assignments and effective liaison with HR to maintain compliance.
- Maintain information feed on appropriate websites and social networks to effectively promote the student events and activities offer to the entire student body.
- Commitment to the effective delivery of an excellent student experience to all learners and incorporating our corporate values throughout all streams of service delivery.
- The post holder will be expected to undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹36,280.60 per month
