We are currently looking for a creative and passionate **UI/UX Designer** to join our team and help shape exceptional user experiences.

Company: IT SOFTWARE

**Responsibilities**:

- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
- Design wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and human-centered design.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Experience in responsive and mobile-first design.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience with usability testing tools.
- Familiarity with front-end development environments.
- Motion design or microinteraction design skills.
