Job Title**:US Corporate Tax Associate**

**Job Summary**: As a US Corporate Tax Associate, you will provide tax compliance, advisory, and planning services for businesses. You will work with clients to navigate complex corporate tax laws, assist with mergers and acquisitions, and ensure compliance with state and federal tax regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tax Compliance**: Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and other business entities.
- **Advisory Services**: Provide tax advice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and joint ventures.
- **Tax Planning**: Develop strategies to minimize corporate tax liability while ensuring compliance with tax laws.
- **Research**: Conduct tax research and analysis on complex issues, including international taxation, transfer pricing, and tax implications of business structures.
- **Client Interaction**: Work directly with clients to understand their tax issues, deliver recommendations, and implement tax strategies.
- **Legal Document Drafting**: Assist in the preparation of legal documentation related to tax matters and corporate transactions.
- **Internal Collaboration**: Work closely with other professionals (e.g., attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors) within the firm or organization.
- **Audit Support**: Assist with tax audits and manage responses to inquiries from tax authorities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in US corporate tax
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of corporate tax laws and regulations (federal and state).
- Proficiency with tax research tools and software (e.g., RIA Checkpoint, Thomson Reuters).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
