Job Title: Voice Process (Kannada Speaking) Hiring For Tech Mahindra

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking individuals fluent in Kannada to join our voice process team. As a member of the voice process team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance over the phone. This is a customer service role that requires excellent communication skills in both Kannada and English.

**Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information or solutions.

Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed.

Follow company guidelines and protocols when interacting with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.

Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and meet performance targets.

Stay updated on product or service information to provide accurate and up-to-date assistance to customers.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct while performing job duties.

Qualifications:
Minimum PUC (Pre-University Course) qualification or above.

Fluent in spoken and written Kannada. Proficiency in English is also required.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant speaking voice.

Good listening skills to understand customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

Strong customer service orientation with a patient and empathetic approach.

Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing customer needs.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Note: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not mandatory.
