Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and the client, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Understand the client's business objectives, goals, and challenges, and work with the agency team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet those objectives
- Manage the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns, including ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and monitoring campaign performance
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations to clients on how to optimize campaign performance
- Manage client expectations and ensure that client feedback is properly addressed and integrated into the campaign strategy
- Provide regular campaign reporting to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and insights
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to provide innovative ideas and insights to clients
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in account management or client servicing, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights to clients
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
