**Job Title**: Field Payment Collection Executive
**Location**: Ring Road, Surat, Gujarat
**Industry**: Textile Industry
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2-5 years in field collection, preferably in the têxtile sector
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit têxtile wholesalers, retailers, and distributors for payment collection as per schedule
- Maintain proper records of payments received and pending
- Submit daily reports to the accounts/finance team
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts team regarding payment issues
- Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Ensure cash/cheque/DD collections are deposited timely and securely
- Identify and escalate payment delays or disputes
- Proven experience (2+ years) in field payment collection in the **têxtile sector**, especially in **Surat**:

- Must have basic knowledge of têxtile business operations and client networks
- Physically fit and willing to travel extensively within the city
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Trustworthy, disciplined, and good at record keeping
- Should own a two-wheeler (preferred) and have a valid driving license
- Basic knowledge of Excel and payment tracking software is a plus
