Carry out vendor registration at various government/private establishments
- Search for tenders online/offline
- Fill up tenders in consultation with our team
- Keep track of filled tenders and give weekly updates
- Maintain all relevant documents, permissions, approvals etc in hand
- Send hard copies/soft copies to departments as desired
- Respond to clarifications as necessary
- **Coordinate for rates for transport and erection commissioning by searching on Indiamart, and send inquiries**
- Must be able to travel to Kanakia Zillion, LBS Road, Kurla West
- Must have 3-5 years tendering experience + vendor registration
- Must have worked on railway tenders, must know railway organisations
- Else must know how to systematically fill up tenders
- Must know Microsoft office well
- Must know digital signature eproc etc.
- Must be able to coordinate with various portals whenever technical errors come
- Must be familiar with GeM Portal

**Working**
- Monday-Saturday - 9 a.m - 6 pm

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
