**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a **social media strategy** aligned with business goals.
- Manage and maintain company profiles on **Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube**, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and create **high-quality content** (graphics, videos, reels, stories, and written posts).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Run **paid social media ad campaigns** to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Track and analyze social media **metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)** and optimize performance.
- Stay updated on **social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms**.
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field**.
- **Proven experience** in managing social media accounts for brands.
- Strong knowledge of **social media analytics tools** (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Experience with **content creation, video editing, and graphic design tools** (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut).
- Ability to write **engaging copy** with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of **SEO, social media algorithms, and best practices**.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to **multitask and manage multiple campaigns** simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in running **Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads**.
- Familiarity with **AI tools for content generation**.
- Previous work in **eCommerce, fashion, or tech industries** is a plus.
