**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Direct & follow up on unresolved concerns to appropriate departments for further investigation.
- Manage escalations from social media, consumer helplines, and forums, as well as management escalations
- Meet Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent listening skills and quick problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Hindi + English with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Solid grammatical skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
