We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic **Female Telecaller** to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining our services to potential clients, and generating leads or appointments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Provide information about products/services
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Maintain call logs and client records
- Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally
**Requirements**:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confident and polite speaking tone
- Basic knowledge of computers and phone etiquette
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
