**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement & Sales Execution**:
- Identify potential customers and understand their technical needs, challenges, and business goals.
- Recommend and present appropriate products or services through in-depth technical demonstrations and consultations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term business success.
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation strategies.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
**Technical Consultation & Problem-Solving**:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
- Address technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with the support team when necessary.
- Communicate complex technical information in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
**Sales Strategy & Business Development**:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand industry demands and customer pain points.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
**Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in **technical sales, B2B sales, or solution selling** is an advantage.
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.

Pay: ₹9,675.96 - ₹45,582.93 per month
