**Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Recruitment & Counselling**
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about courses, admission requirements, tuition fees, and scholarship opportunities.
- Assist students in understanding program options and choosing the right course based on their interests and goals.

**Application & Enrollment Process**
- Maintain and update student records in the admissions database.
- Collaborate with academic departments to facilitate smooth student onboarding.

**Marketing & Outreach**
- Participate in school fairs, open houses, webinars, and other promotional events to attract prospective students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, educational consultants, and other institutions for student referrals.
- Support digital marketing and social media efforts to increase brand awareness and engagement.

**Administrative Duties**
- Maintain a database of prospective students and track their progress in the admission pipeline.
- Prepare reports on admission trends, conversion rates, and student demographics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and educational policies.

**QualificationsEducation**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in admissions, student counseling, or sales (preferred).
- Experience in the education sector is a plus.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

**Additional Requirements**
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, during peak admission periods.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
