**Supply Chain Executive**

Qualifications: Any degree or relevant qualification

Experience: 5 to 10 years as a Supply Chain Executive

Work Location: Hyderabad

**Role Overview**

The **Supply Chain Executive** will be responsible for coordinating procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and vendor interaction. The role demands a hands-on approach to managing supply chain efficiency, on-time delivery, and effective material movement across departments and external partners.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Procurement & Inventory**:

- Coordinate with vendors to procure raw materials, packaging, and consumables in line with production schedules.
- Monitor **stock levels**, create purchase requisitions, and track purchase orders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure timely inwarding of materials, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.

**Production & Planning**:

- Collaborate with production and planning teams to align material availability with production targets.
- Assist in preparing **daily/weekly/monthly material requirement plans (MRP)** based on sales orders and forecasts.
- Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) materials and coordinate material movement to ensure smooth production flow.

**Logistics & Distribution**:

- Plan and coordinate dispatches with transporters for both domestic and export shipments.
- Ensure proper documentation, packaging, labeling, and compliance with regulatory norms for outbound materials.
- Track shipments and resolve transportation issues to avoid delivery delays.
- Maintain strong communication with sales and warehouse teams for real-time updates.

**Vendor & Documentation**:

- Maintain updated vendor databases, rate contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in vendor evaluations, audits, and timely resolution of invoice/payment issues.
- Prepare reports on procurement costs, delivery performance, and inventory turnover ratios.

Pay: ₹16,205.32 - ₹63,490.95 per month
