**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Marketing Trainee** to join our team in Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with mínimal experience to gain hands-on exposure to sales and marketing strategies while contributing to the growth and brand visibility of SWAIN ALUMINIUM PVT. LTD.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and generate new business leads through various marketing channels.
- **Distributor Engagement**:

- Visit distributors regularly to build strong relationships, gather market feedback, and promote our products effectively.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities to enhance product awareness and brand visibility.
- **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team by providing necessary marketing materials and support to achieve sales targets.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- **Client Communication**:

- Maintain effective communication with potential clients, existing customers, and distributors to foster long-term relationships.
- **Performance Reporting**:

- Track and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and distributor engagement activities.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Any degree (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
- **Experience**: Freshers or 0-1 year of experience in marketing or sales preferred.

**Key Skills**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes.
- Analytical skills for market research and data interpretation.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
