To achieve this, we will leverage technology and science (and a bit of human judgement) to identify defects, root cause unfavorable outcomes, and intervene when necessary to maximize LTFCF. We seek to be inherently lean, forcing ourselves and partners to innovate and gain leverage by adopting global standards, practices, and systems.
EA role reporting to the JP/IN AIM leader will support the team which owns the SCOT and AIM charter in JP/IN. Director of Product Management in the SCOT AIM JP/IN team (leader who will be supported by this role) is the single threaded leader for SCOT operations and outcomes in Japan and India. The leader is responsible to define the vision to automate inventory management for JP stores business; understand business priorities; connect the dots to develop forward-looking roadmap; and own business operations to improve inventory outcomes by optimization of end to end consumer supply chain maximizing for long term free cash flow (LTFCF) and long-term value of customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
1. This position will require at least 3 days a week in-office
2. Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple global locations and time zones.
3. Manage expense reports, and domestic and international travel.
4. Organize, execute, and assist with team meetings and activities.
5. Understand business priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team.
6. Plan the annual calendar, and facilitate the integration and prioritization of business activities.
7. Build relationships with Executive Assistants throughout the team and across the company as well as with Finance, HR and Legal partners for the organization
8. Drive employee engagement initiatives.
