Location: Bengaluru, Iblur Junction Work Mode: Work from Office, Monday to Friday Website and Social Media Handles: Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an intern, focusing on delegate/audience acquisition for our events. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event-based audience engagement, primarily involving making calls to engage with potential attendees, providing them with event details, and encouraging registration. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, persuasive approach, and a keen interest in learning about event management and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities: ● Assist in conducting outbound calls to prospective delegates, introducing them to upcoming events and encouraging attendance. ● Support in answering inbound inquiries and/or emails, addressing event-specific questions, and providing assistance with registration. ● Learn to effectively communicate the value of attending events, tailoring messages to align with delegate interests and industry trends. ● Help manage accurate and up-to-date records of call interactions, registrations, and feedback. ● Assist with following up with leads and re-engaging past attendees to maximize audience participation. ● Stay informed on event details, speakers, agendas, and industry developments to convey relevant and compelling information to delegates.
