**Role summary**:
As a GDA Nursing Trainer (Student), you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing training to students, equipping them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and practical experience to excel in their careers.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Curriculum Development and Delivery:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive nursing training programs aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their development.

- Guide students in acquiring essential nursing skills through hands-on practice and simulations.
- Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for practical training.
- Supervise students during clinical rotations and provide mentorship and guidance.

- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment for students.
- Provide individual guidance and mentorship to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Encourage students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Maintain high standards of quality in training delivery and assessment.
- Contribute to the continuous **improvement of training programs and processes.
- **Collaboration and teamwork**:

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on curriculum development, assessment, and student support.
**required qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field like (A.N.M./GNM......D.pharma/B.Pharma).
- Current nursing license.
- Proven experience in nursing education or training.
- Strong teaching and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide personalized support.
- Passion for nursing and a commitment to student success.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Desired skills**:

- Experience in developing and delivering online or blended learning courses.

- Knowledge of industry-specific certifications and accreditation standards.
