Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
3 to 5 years of hands on experience (Dealership or equivalent) with Technical knowledge on automobiles (Basic technical, Diagnostic skills and/or Warranty background)

Review ESP maintenance & mechanical claims and ensure claim is paid in accordance with the terms & conditions of the contract

Utilize job aids and supporting systems to conduct claim research and determine the appropriate payment amount
Involve in additional activities such as Post claim analysis, Duplicate claims analysis, Audit support, Metrics preparation, System setup / testing
Identify process improvements and best practices as needed
