JD 1 - Guidewire Claim Center Program Manager

Experience Required: 15+ years in IT Program Management, with 5+ years in Insurance domain and legacy modernization

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the end-to-end transformation of legacy mainframe systems to the Guidewire Insurance Suite. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing large-scale transformation programs, strong knowledge of insurance business processes, and hands-on familiarity with both mainframe technologies and Guidewire platforms (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Large scale data migrations, ETL solutions, Java and Gosu development projects (preferable)).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of the Mainframe to Guidewire transformation program.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and Guidewire consultants to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Manage cross-functional teams across development, testing, data migration, and change management.

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and compliance standards.

Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and program reporting to senior leadership.

Drive Agilepractices and ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to Guidewire implementation.

Ensure successful integration with peripheral systems (e.g., CRM, document management, payment gateways).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing legacy modernization programs, especially mainframe to Guidewire.

Strong understanding of insurance domain processes (P&C preferred).

Hands-on knowledge of Guidewire modules and implementation lifecycle.

Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and tools (JIRA, Rally, etc.).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data migration strategies and tools.

Guidewire certification(s) is a plus.

Experience working with global delivery teams and vendors.

JD 2 - Guidewire Claim Center & Policy Center Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire Claim Center & Policy Center application.

Customize Guidewire applications using Gosu programming language.

Integrate Guidewire with external systems using web services (SOAP/REST).

Collaborate with QA and business teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Guidewire applications.

Maintain documentation for design, development, and deployment processes.

Required Skills:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire Claim Center & Policy Center.

Guidewire Associated Certified.

Proficiency in Gosu, Java, and web services (SOAP/REST).

Experience with Guidewire configuration, messaging, rules, data model, and workflows.

Familiarity with Guidewire Studio and Guidewire DataHub/InfoCenter is a plus.

Strong understanding of the insurance domain.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

JD 3 - Guidewire Claim Center & Policy Center Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the end-to-end architecture for Guidewire implementations.

Lead technical design sessions and guide development teams on best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and integration teams to align architecture with business goals.

Ensure scalability, performance, and security of Guidewire applications.

Provide technical leadership in Guidewire configuration, integration, and customization.

Review and approve design documents, code, and deployment strategies.

Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance the Guidewire ecosystem.

Mentor developers and conduct architecture reviews and audits.

Support DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integration for Guidewire deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in IT with 8+ years in Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).

Guidewire ACE Certified.

Strong expertise in Gosu, Java, SOAP/REST APIs, and Guidewire Studio.

Proven experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise applications.

Deep understanding of Guidewire data model, rules engine, and workflow configuration.

Experience with Guidewire DataHub, InfoCenter, and ClaimCenter integrations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and middleware (ESB, MQ).

JD 4 - Guidewire Claim Center & Policy Center Business Specialist/Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter module

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.

Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Develop process flows, use cases, and test scenarios to support solution design and testing.

Participate in system configuration, data mapping, and integration activities.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users as needed.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend Guidewire best practices.

Maintain documentation and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure project success.

Preferred Skills:

Guidewire certification(s) is a plus.

Experience with system integrations and data migration projects.

Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
