- ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESKey responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions.
- Financial business data analysis, P&L account analysis and other financial strategy improvement implementation.
- Sitting in on ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Retrieving and analyzing data using data management systems.
- Implement and Monitor metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
- Supporting Operations Head in driving critical initiatives at a central level.
- Tracking of critical initiatives at a central level
- Preparing of monthly / fortnightly / weekly dashboards for management visibility and review
- Supporting cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existent program implementation.
- Driving small to medium operational enhancement projects.
- Help foster trusting relationships with vendors and team members
- Research and implement cost reduction opportunities.
- Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills. Analyze competition actions to spot market trends and formulate or alter sales direction strategy.**QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- MBA preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Analytics
- Good communication skills backed by strong listening skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills.
- Experience of using various data management and analysis tools.
- Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to work across the business to implement and execute change.
- Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries.
- Strong networker, influencer, and team player.
