Our long-standing client is a multi-national Last Mile / Express Logistics Leader. We have commenced a search for a highly experienced CFO with a minimum of 15 years experience to lead their expansion throughout India.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Drive continuous improvement by effectively capturing, analyzing, and leveraging operational information to identify opportunities for optimization, streamline processes, and drive overall business performance and growth.
Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's financial systems, including financial reporting, accounting processes, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Lead the development and execution of budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to set financial targets, monitor progress, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive financial success.
Promote and facilitate open and transparent communication with shareholders, investors, and stakeholders at the group level, ensuring consistent updates, prompt responses to inquiries, and the cultivation of strong relationships to ensure the alignment of financial objectives with broader organizational goals.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and effectively manage resources to achieve financial objectives.
Utilize strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to identify key business drivers, analyze complex financial data, and provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making and drive financial performance.
Strong understanding of financial acumen, including financial analysis, risk management, capital allocation, and strategic financial planning, to optimize resource allocation and drive sustainable growth.
Proven track record as a CFO or in similar senior financial leadership roles within the Last Mile Logistics or related industry, demonstrating the ability to navigate the complexities of the industry, manage financial risks, and deliver tangible results.
Strong knowledge about market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends, enabling informed decision-making and proactive adaptation to changing business environments.
Establish compliance with financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks, establishing robust processes and systems to mitigate risks, maintain financial integrity, and safeguard the organization's assets.

**Experiences**:
Minimum 15 years of experience in India-based senior Financial Management
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and coaching / mentoring skills
