Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting saree products.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of saree designs, fabrics, and trends.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and fabric care instructions.
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or têxtiles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
